Shipping Policy
United State shipping processing can take approximately 3-5 business days.

Return & Cancellation Policy
We offers one time complimentary return per order for online orders only.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange a return.
When returning a product, please make sure the items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging along with your return request form.
To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at palmo@palmofbl.com . Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
Once your order has been shipped, then the cancellation is going to be in a form of return the item and refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchange items might be in a form of return/refund(Due to the item limitations).
We are unable to issue refund or exchanges on any item that is returned damaged.
Lost or Stolen Policy
Please note that when you place an order with us, the liability will be between you and USPS. No exceptions will be made in regards to this policy.
The item can be replaced if it isn't marked as delivered, however, once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To track down your package, you may confirm the shipping address you entered in is correct. You may visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package. Also checking with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. It may also be possible that sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery.
